- Return Policy

If you receive your items and they are defective, the incorrect item, broken or you just don't like it please contact us immediately. We accept returns shipped back to us no later that seven (7) days after it's confirmed delivery date. Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been returned in it's original condition. Any clothing returns must have all tags still attached to receive a refund. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charge. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the merchandise to Look Coy.
